Perfect Scrambled Eggs

-3 Whole Eggs

-1 Tablespoon Butter

-1/4 Teaspoon Salt

-1 Tablespoon Goat Cheese, Cream Cheese, or creme fraiche


Heat a medium non-stick pan over medium-low(more towards low) heat. Meanwhile, in a small bowl crack the eggs and sprinkle with salt. Melt the butter in the pan and add the eggs. Continuously stir the eggs with a spatula while they cook. When the eggs are almost done cooking, add the goat cheese, cream cheese or creme fraiche. Remove the pan from the heat and continue to mix until cooked. Serve immediately.
