-3 Lbs. of Beef(I used sirloin steaks, use any steak or roast that has some fat marbalization)

-6 Tablepoons of Butter

-1 Cup of Dry Red Wine

-1 Cup Beef Broth

-1 1/2 Teaspoons of Sea Salt

-1/2 Teaspoon of Pepper

-Parley to Garnish

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat a heavy duty pan over med-high heat. Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sear the steaks for a couple minutes on each side to brown. Pour 1 cup of a dry red wine over the steaks. The wine will loosen up all those yummy bits stuck to the bottom of the pan. Next add a cup of beef broth and top the steaks with 4 tablespoons of butter. Cover with a lid and place in the oven for 3 hours. When the beef is done it will easily fall apart. Shred it apart with 2 forks and mix it to incorporate all the liquid. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
